The contractual penalty stated in these terms is set at a significant amount. The level is determined based on the fact that the model and working methods taught have resulted in several successful journeys and provided substantial financial benefits to both previous participants and the Licensor. Against this background, such a penalty is considered fair and reasonable.
However, it should be emphasized that the penalty, in the event of a dispute, will of course be reviewed by a competent court in accordance with applicable legislation. This is to ensure a fair and proper assessment of the matter.
Please note that this does NOT include reviews, whether positive or negative, but only applies when copyrighted material regarding the course and the model is disclosed.
Duration and Termination:
a. This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of 100 years from the date the User accepts the terms and may be terminated by either party in the event of a breach of this Agreement.
By using the Course and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms stated herein.

Exceptions:

Validity:

Open Purchase or Right of Withdrawal?

Our e-commerce course is provided in digital format as an e-book. Since it is not possible to revoke or return digital products, the laws regarding open purchase, right of withdrawal, or return rights do not apply to this product.

In the event of such actions, WLE AB reserves the right to take legal action to establish liability for damages, including but not limited to compensation for direct financial loss, loss of profits, and administrative costs.
This clause applies from the moment of purchase and shall remain valid indefinitely without limitation in time.
By completing the purchase, you confirm that you accept these terms and understand that the right of withdrawal, open purchase, and return rights are not applicable to this e-commerce course.
